At Nature’s Key, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping costs. Within 10 days of receiving your return, we will inspect it, notify you via email, and process your refund. Any short delay in receiving your refund will be determined by your bank or Veno.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to ship the return.
  3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process after approval.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items marked as final sale or purchased during special promotions.

Standard Return Policy


Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

STEP 1: REQUEST A RETURN 
  • Email us your order number, the items you want to return and the reason to return them, at support@mynatureskey.com
  • Once your request is reviewed, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
STEP 2: PACK THE ITEMS
  • Place your item in the original packaging and/or sturdy box and secure.
  • The return must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit.
STEP 3: SHIP THE ITEMS
  • You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to us.
  • Any damage or shipping stickers applied to the original packaging during shipping will affect the return and can result in higher restocking charges on that item.
